Overview

Using advanced analytics to identify and study critical competencies required in modern workplaces across different sectors and industries.

This research uses advanced analytics and machine learning to identify critical competencies required in contemporary workplaces. Through partnerships with 200+ employers across multiple sectors, we analyze job requirements, performance metrics, and skill assessments to create evidence-based competency frameworks that guide education and training programs aligned with market needs.

Key Findings

Research identifies problem-solving, digital literacy, and adaptive learning as the top three cross-sector competencies. Employers report 45% higher productivity among workers who demonstrate proficiency in these core areas.

Impact

The competency frameworks developed have been adopted by 200+ employers and 15 higher education institutions, directly impacting 50,000 workers and students.
