This collaborative international network tracks learning trajectories and skill development patterns among adults engaged in continuous education. Working with 15 partner institutions across multiple countries, we follow cohorts of adult learners through various formal and informal learning experiences to understand motivations, barriers, and outcomes of lifelong learning engagement.
Longitudinal tracking reveals that flexible learning formats and micro-credential programs show 60% higher completion rates among working adults compared to traditional degree programs, with comparable competency outcomes.
Impact
The international network involves 15 partner institutions and has supported the redesign of lifelong learning policies in 7 countries, benefiting over 100,000 adult learners.
