Overview

Investigating the distribution and development of digital skills across different demographic groups through large-scale surveys and computational analysis.

This comprehensive research initiative examines the distribution and development of digital competencies across age groups, educational levels, and socioeconomic backgrounds. Using large-scale surveys, computational analysis, and qualitative interviews, we map the digital skills landscape to identify gaps and opportunities for targeted training programs. The project has surveyed over 30,000 adults and created detailed competency profiles.

Key Findings

Analysis reveals a significant digital divide correlated with age and education level. Targeted interventions have demonstrated that structured programs can reduce the digital competency gap by up to 35% within one year.

Impact

The findings from this study have informed national digital inclusion strategies in 5 countries and supported the creation of 12 new adult training programs.
